Katharina is an experienced entrepreneur and property professional with over 15 years’ leadership experience across real estate development, asset management, and sales in Europe. She has founded and scaled multiple businesses.

Her background spans land acquisition, planning, construction, and sales, giving her first-hand insight into the challenges facing modern housing — from energy efficiency and build speed to long-term operational costs. This experience underpins Arpyl’s focus on solutions that are not only innovative, but commercially viable and scalable for social, affordable, and mainstream housing.

Frank Czynczek
Frank is an industrial engineer and seasoned executive with extensive experience in engineering-led organisations, operations, and international markets. He has held senior leadership roles at global companies including OTIS and Caterpillar / Zeppelin Power Systems.

At Arpyl, Frank leads manufacturing strategy, operations, and international expansion, ensuring that Arpyl’s technologies are engineered for scale, reliability, and real-world deployment.

Darren Forrest
Darren is an expert in advanced CAD, complex surface design, tooling, and manufacturing. With over 25 years’ experience across automotive, aerospace, energy, and construction sectors, he leads Arpyl’s design sprints, product architecture, and IP identification, ensuring that innovation is translated into manufacturable, protectable products.

Daniel Forrest
Daniel leads Arpyl’s commercial strategy, market discovery, and funding engagement. As co-founder of innovation consultancy Inovasi, he has supported startups and SMEs with R&D funding, grant applications, and commercialisation strategy, generating over £350,000 in revenue. Daniel brings strong experience translating complex technical innovation into viable, fundable, and market-ready products, ensuring Arpyl’s solutions deliver real commercial and societal impact.

James Forrest
James supports Arpyl’s commercial strategy, market research, and business development. An International Business student with experience at innovation consultancy, he brings a strong understanding of global markets and the commercialisation of technology-led innovation.
